China Kunming International Logistics & Finance Association (Since referred to as ILFA )set up for the purpose of  co-construct the BCIM EC 、the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Silk Road on the Sea with neighboring countries ,according to 《CCP decision on deepening the reform of some major issues》ask to further increase the reform step of the function of the government ,so, many large-scale international logistics enterprises、banks、exchanges、insurance companies、research institute voluntary initiated the formation of this social organizations , the secretariat was established in China Kunming Opening Asia Transportation and Logistics Research Institute.        

    On 19th May, 2014, the first excutive council conducted the First General Meeting of ILFA at Kunming Tengjun Internatioal Land Port. THere were 68 representatives from researching institutes, international logistics enterprises, banks, insurance companies, commodity exchanges, social organizations and others participating in the meeting. During the meeting, we got the consensus on Constitution, election of the Council, recruitment the consultants and other affairs. Mr. Liu Jinxin(the international logistics expert) has been elected to be the Chairman of the Excutive Council, and Mr. Li Juhui, Mr. Hu Liequ, Mr. Yu Weiliang, Mr. Cheng Mingqin, Mr. Kong Qinwei, Mr. Cao Bin, Mr. Wu Jianlie to be the Vice Chairman, Mr. Wu Jianlie and Mr. Liu RuiChi to be the Secretary General, Mr. Islam Ahasanul(ex-Chairman of DSE) and Mr. Al Maruf Khan( ex-Chairman of SAFE) to be the International Vice Chairman, Mr. Yang Anli to be the Supervisory.     The international logistics industry and finance industry are the common products of the internatioanl logistics and finance opening cooperation; the intermediate link of international economy and trade cooperation.

    We should learn how to through building a mutual trust, pragmatic, win-win non-governmental platform for international logistics and finance cooperation to support enterprises going out to join in international galleries' investment and construction; to develop international logitics cooperation and innovate financial products; to advance international poverty reduction and livelihood programs; to support the RMB settlement method for enterprises' investment and trade; to support the researching and consulting service to governments.

    International transport and logistics, international financial field of international exchanges and cooperation, international financial  product research and development, international coordination service; International assistance, poverty alleviation, agriculture and people's livelihood, environmental protection and other areas of international project activities, service providing international market research, social investigation, commercial credit;The development of geographic information, mapping, map
making , research and planning of the international activities of the project, to provide international consulting services cross-border payment, e-commerce, Internet financial; Exhibitions, seminars and all kinds of academic activities , achievements publishing , international information exchange services; Provide advice to government departments, commissioned by  the government to assume the BCIM EC international cooperation project. ; BCIM exchange forum.                                .
